Hello

I have installed a Frozen 240 water cooling system on my PC, but the LCD screen is not lighting up. Can you tell me where to connect the USB-C cable, as everything else is working? I have a TUF Gaming 550 Plus motherboard. Thank you.

Hello

This motherboard has a USB-C, so you can connect to it. Otherwise, with an adapter, a USB 3.0 will do the job too.

I connected it, but I have nothing on the screen. Black screen. Yet the pump works and the fans do too. Can you help me, please?

Which model of Frozen 240 do you have?? Because I've been looking and I can't find one with an LCD screen...........

Example: THERMALRIGHT FROZEN NOTTE under €70! The best watercooling?! (youtube.com)

ok,

check out the branches on youtube, there are videos like this one from thermalright ; THERMALRIGHT Frozen Warframe TRCC Software Guide (youtube.com)

Then, if the display doesn't work, it's like I said, return it for repair, it's defective.

You need to connect the provided USB-C cable, and plug the other end into the motherboard (USB).
