What direction for the watercooling fan?

Hello,
this is the first time I am building a PC, this one in mini-ITX format with a water cooling "Cooler Master Elite 120M" provided with a fan on a "Cooler Master Elite 130" case.
I have installed the water cooling but I don't understand which way to position the fan that needs to be installed on the front of the case, should it be set to pull air into the case or push it out to the outside?

    Hello,
    the fact that the fan is in front or behind doesn't matter much...
    It is often placed for extraction for practical reasons. Personally, I would prefer to position it for intake, at the top, to achieve better cooling for the CPU. However, at least one extraction fan will be needed on the "roof" of the case.

      Hello, my case does not allow for a roof exhaust fan, however there is a small exhaust fan on the side of the tower, I have removed it but I can put it back if necessary. What does putting it in "extraction" mean? Should the arrow point towards the tower like in the picture or towards the outside?
