Hello,
My Snapchat account was hacked a few months ago, and the person who took control of it sent compromising messages to many of my Snapchat friends, which led to my account being blocked. However, I had important photos to recover on this account in My Eyes Only, and I know the password. What can I do to retrieve these important photos? I hope you can help me.

You need to check that with them.
We are not able to restore your account here on CCM; the only option is to go through the help provided on Instagram's support.

Yes, but you need to have access to retrieve them.
