Same for me... Apparently, I need to update it and then clear the cache (in the snap settings). However, I've already done that and it doesn't work...

Actually, you just need to go to the settings and clear the cache, and your snaps will display normally.

Hi, I don’t think there are any. When we reset these passwords, we can no longer see them. I've been trying all day to recover my photos from my friends who had them since I had put all my snaps in there so that people wouldn’t see them... No, there aren't any. I found the problem, actually it's photos deleted by Snap or by yourself, and the photos remain in "My Eyes Only" but only in grey and inaccessible.
