Taskbar disappeared

Hello, I'm reaching out because I don't know what to do anymore.
I have a problem with my Windows 11 computer; the taskbar has disappeared and has been replaced by a black bar, and none of the Windows functions are working (Windows+R, going into settings...) but the file explorer works perfectly fine.
I searched online, many people talk about uninstalling an update, but for me, I can't uninstall it, and according to some, Microsoft has already patched the issue, but my PC is up to date and the problem is still there.
Strangely, if I disable my network card and restart my computer, the taskbar comes back, but as soon as I re-enable it and restart, it disappears again.
Who could help me?

Hello,
This is apparently a bug related to the KB5036212 update in certain versions of Windows.
While waiting for Microsoft to fix it, and if we cannot uninstall it through the Windows Update settings, try method 4 here.

If successful, you must of course prevent it from reinstalling immediately by using WUMT or an equivalent tool.

Hello both,
Since this issue seems to be related to the activation of the network card, it might be worth testing with an external Wi-Fi card (USB or PCMCIA depending on the computer model which we are not aware of) or a USB/Ethernet adapter to test the hypothesis of a network card incompatibility with the new versions of Windows.
Subsequently, it may be possible (on some PCs) to change the model of the internal network card.

Hello,
Well, at least this has validated the hypothesis of a blockage related to a system file governing the wifi connection.
Reinstalling generally fixes this kind of problem, barring hardware failure, but it involves reinstalling programs and updating the OS.
This is not to be used for the slightest incident but in case of an issue that cannot be solved by changing accessible settings.
In any case, thank you for the feedback.
