Cheap cigarettes scam???

I ordered cigarettes on the website "cheap cigarettes", I paid by bank transfer and after 10 days, I haven't received anything.

Scam???

    Well.... you got ripped off...

    As a reminder... buying cigarettes online is prohibited by law!!!

    Sale of tobacco on the Internet

    Article 568 ter of the general tax code, created by the amending finance law for 2009 (n° 2009-1674 of December 30, 2009), specifies that the remote sale of manufactured tobacco is prohibited in metropolitan France and in the overseas departments. Thus, the purchase of tobacco over the Internet or by phone is strictly forbidden regardless of the location of the site.

    Tobacco purchased online, sent by postal service or express couriers are systematically seized by customs authorities.

    Hello,

    Tax fraud is characterized by the delivery of counterfeit tobacco whose contents are unknown and could potentially be more dangerous than the real stuff, as well as fictitious shipments not necessarily being so.

    It’s a cat-and-mouse game; customs intercepts packages due to prior information about the paths of these parcels, their external identification criteria, or random checks.

    Since we’re in the CGI, if customs intercepts and is in the mood, we might find out quite soon with a differential that will nullify the projected savings.
