Fingerprint reader uninstalled UNOWHY Y13

Hello,

I have a UNOWHY Y13(G010S4EI) laptop. I recently reinstalled Windows due to a startup problem. I took the opportunity to upgrade to Windows 11 Pro. Since then, I have reinstalled all the available drivers using a driver installation app (more than 30 in total). However, the fingerprint reader, located on the touchpad, is still not recognized. Do you have a solution so that I can regain access to the fingerprint reader?

Thanks in advance!

    Hi

No, your PC isn't having any issues

Do a search in Windows Update ==> Advanced options ==> Optional updates ==> Driver

Let me know if there's a driver available

    Catch you later

    Hi

Have you checked if you have any alerts (? or /!\) in the device manager?

Which software did you use to search for the drivers?

Post a screenshot of your device manager ==> click here

    See you later

I went to check the device manager, and the driver seems to have been uninstalled. I used the "PC Helpsoft Drivers Updater" software.

I'm showing you the screenshot of the manager:

The "biometric device" does not appear, and I checked every category with no trace.
