Hello,
I am contacting you because I have encountered a problem that some of you have also faced. Due to insufficient storage on the laptop provided by Île-de-France, I decided to insert a new SSD into the designated slot. After inserting the SSD, the laptop no longer starts. I have tried everything to turn it on but have been unsuccessful. Do you have any advice to give me? Thank you in advance.

Hello,
Any modification on this type of PC (locked) can only be made after unlocking by the responsible administration (see the loan agreement that was given to you).
Since you cannot establish yourself as an administrator on this type of PC, only the administration can manage hardware modifications or other extensions, and no assistance can be provided by CCM staff.
This is specified in the loan agreement accompanying the product handover, and at the end of the agreement, the unblocking can only be done by the responsible administration.
