DISABLE RIGHT-CLICK CONTEXT MENU ON GOOGLE CHROME

Hello,
In order to offer visitors to my facility the opportunity to participate in a QUIZ (via Google SLIDE) on a tactile IIYAMA table, I need to prevent users from activating the right-click menu in Google Chrome.
Here are my various approaches to solve this issue.
1 - Change browser. (I tried Firefox, Waterfox, UrBrowsers, Arc, Oracle, Edge, Station, and many others) - Disappointing result.
2 - Create a Chrome extension that would block the right-click - No result.
3 - Test with the Office 365 suite - Libre Office - Open Office - No result.
4 - Download an Android emulator to open my QUIZ via Android. - The menu appears with a long press on the screen (I changed the long press delay in the Android settings but with no result)
5 - I asked CHATGPT who told me to look for extensions compatible with my request... And gave me the tip to create an extension (No result, of course)
To top it all off, I tried directly on a computer with a standard screen and it works perfectly on Firefox...
I am aware this is a very specific problem and any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide in addressing my issue.

Hello,
On Chrome, I don't know, there might be an equivalent; on Firefox, use kiosk mode if it's available on tablet.
