Red bar hiding the barcodes of my labels c

Hello, I would like some information regarding the barcodes that have been hidden by a red bar since yesterday for my Chronopost labels. What should I do to fix this? I thank the person who will kindly respond to me for a solution.

    It may depend on the software you are using..
    The one from my provider follows the Chronopost format (A5 on an A4)
