Modify the mobile model in Google account

Good evening

I have a new phone number on a different Samsung mobile than the one I had before.

When I go to my Google account, I cannot change the model name of the old mobile (Samsung) that has been registered.

How can I delete and modify it?

It's normal, you cannot modify that data.
Google automatically records the devices that you have connected to your same account.
Essentially, every time you connect a device (phone, TV, tablet, etc.) with your username and password for that Google account, Google will add it on its own, in principle within a few hours (max) and as long as it is properly connected.

The only thing you can do is unlink a phone from your account (for example, to sell it).

I clicked on the link you sent me and was able to disconnect my old mobile.

A window informed me that some applications may still be active.
