Either your SIM card is damaged, in which case you should check with your mobile operator.
Or your Samsung c3050 is simply SIM-locked; to unlock it, you need to contact the mobile operator from whom it was purchased to obtain the unlock code. Without the unlocking, you won't be able to use any SIM cards other than those from the mobile operator where it was purchased.
If this phone is a second-hand phone, check with the seller, as generally when selling a locked smartphone, sellers unlock it before selling. Sometimes, you may find locked phones on the market that are stolen and have their IMEI blocked in the country of origin; they are then sold abroad to evade IMEI blocking.
