Unauthorized sim card

Hello,
I can no longer send messages or make calls.
In my notification bar, it says SIM card 1 unauthorized.

And when I turn my phone back on, it works again but 2 or 3 hours later the same message appears and I can't call or send messages.

Please help me.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 85.0.4183.81

Hello

Is this a new SIM card? Is it a network-locked phone (sold with a subscription)?

1) Restart the mobile
if not
2) Remove the SIM card, clean it with a bit of pharmacy alcohol and put it back in.
If none of this works and the phone is not locked, ask your operator for a new SIM card.

Hello, it must have been 1 or 2 weeks since I changed my SIM card because I changed my phone (bought at Boulanger).
