Unable to access leboncoin account

Hello,

I have changed my phone number.

I can no longer log into Le Bon Coin because I need a validation code sent to the old line.

I have sent the requested documents to Le Bon Coin. It’s radio silence. What should I do?

It's impossible to create a new account because my personal data is on file. For the same reason, it's impossible to cancel the old account!

I'm going in circles!!!

What should I do? Thank you

    Besides sending them a follow-up, I don't see what else can be done regarding the account in question.

    Be careful, keep in mind that they receive a lot of requests, so the waiting time may be long, and also note that if this is regarding the account in question, for an individual, and it is a free service, then from that point onwards, they are not obligated to respond.
