Hello: I wanted to print Bristol sheets, but an error indicates that the paper is not recognized by the software. Is it Word 2021 or the HP OfficeJet Pro 8615 printer that does not recognize the thickness of the Bristol sheet 13 cm x 20 cm?

    I am not familiar with your printer.

    But generally, bristol paper is rejected by printers because it is too thick.
