Unlink merged SD card from internal storage

Hello,

So yesterday I inserted an SD card into my Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro and the phone offered to configure it.

So far, so good. However, I had 2 choices: internal storage or external storage. Not knowing the difference, I clicked on the first one, which is internal storage.

Unfortunately, I now find myself with a brand new device with only 15 GB of storage, while the SD card replaced 128 GB of storage on the phone.

I am facing a storage shortage, which was sufficient with the phone itself since only a few photos and games have been installed on the 128 GB.

I would like to know how to change this setting and retrieve 2 distinct storages: the internal storage of the phone and the storage of the SD card.

Additionally, when I click on storage, it shows 112 GB of "system," however, as I mentioned, the phone has not been used much.

No settings allow reversing this merging, and I am really bothered since I am stuck with a saturated storage space and an SD card that cannot be used on other phones.

PLEASE HELP ME, I BEG YOU

    Hello.

Turn off your phone, remove the SD card, turn it back on and see what happens, it should normally boot from your phone's internal memory of 128 GB.
