    Good evening,

    There is no locking on the HDMI ports...

    If there are multiple ones on a TV, you need to choose the one that goes to the desired device and the image appears, it’s simple... moreover, there is a manual... otherwise, it’s available online or through the TV's help function.

    What are the references (Brand and model) of this television?

    I think what the image shows indicates that there is a device connected to the HDMI1 port but it is not turned on.

    Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...
