Fake technical support scam mmsecure

Good evening,

I have just been a victim of a scam involving a fake technical support - supposedly from Microsoft.

As I couldn't resolve the issue, I called the number in question 0972164819

A company claiming to be a Microsoft specialist took control of my PC and charged me €199 to clean my PC DEPAN247 and set up a premium package....the company issued me a bill

name: support mmsecure ... Montreal Canada!

I immediately realized my mistake and blocked my credit card

How can I defend myself
