    Hello ruro
    Yes, scam!
Côte d'Ivoire, Western Union, that's all we see at the moment.

For the rest, before you can win a lottery, you first have to participate in it. That's the first condition :-)

I received the same email as you on July 11th, except that for me, it was from Master APKA Georges.
I was about to provide the requested information: address... when a doubt raised its head.
So I decided to look into this Africa finance project and I read your testimonies.
From the moment we all have a record of such an email, I think it would be interesting to take legal action.

When you win a raffle or sell something, if you're asked to pay ---> it's a scam.
There's nothing stopping them from sending you what you ask for, they're fakes, it takes 5 minutes to make ;-)

It's the same for EuroMillions, coming from Madrid ---> it's a fake and there they ask you to pay 5% before receiving the amount :-)

I just received the same email as you, Master TIACKO JULES, signed by the Marketing Director
    AFRICA FINANCE PROJECT
Mr. Williams André, based in Ivory Coast
I also think it’s a scam. I received it this morning so I haven’t contacted the master in question; I looked into the company Park and the Africa Finance Project, and since I only came across you and nothing else, I know it’s a scam.

      I also think it's a scam.

      There's no need to think, it's a certainty that it's a scam.
I don't get how anyone could believe it even for a second these days...

"Hello, you won a game you never played, give me money!"
      And we're still questioning it?

Yes, I completely agree and I also think it's a scam! I received exactly the same letter stating that I was drawn for second place with a supposed prize of 60,000 euros, but I did not respond and I made an effort to investigate. As a result, I came across your email indicating that you were also caught in the trap. This should be reported because some may still get fooled!
It's too outrageous to seem true, but unfortunately, some are getting scammed!

IF YOU RECEIVE A LETTER FROM A FINANCE AFRICA PROJECT WITH BAILIFF Maître AYOUAN GEORGES AND MARKETING DIRECTOR Mr. Williams André ANNOUNCING THAT YOU HAVE WON A PRIZE, DO NOT RESPOND!!!!!!!!

Hello! I also received this email, and I don't know what to do. In my opinion, they are scammers; personally, I am afraid to send them my details, as they may be used for other purposes.

I have indeed come to the club, it is July 24th, and I also won the sum of 60,000 euros. We are lucky!!! My name is the bailiff Lucas Solare. (there are a lot of bailiffs in this company!)
As a witness said a little higher up, to win you have to participate!
And giving money to receive some is making people feel like fools.
I also think it is a big scam.
So many winners in such a short time, but HAVE WE ALL PICKED FOUR-LEAF CLOVERS!!!

Hello, I was also told that I won the 3rd prize, a letter from a bailiff in Abidjan, and that I had to pay 315 euros in fees and from the Irish lottery that I had won 2 million euros and another 2 million, and each time to send the winnings there are fees to pay, but they also say to come directly to collect the winnings so that there will be no fees to pay. What happens if we go there? Have you received the same letters?

      'Read,

      letter from a bailiff

Go see a bailiff in your municipality, he will explain it to you. Just out of curiosity.

      It's free.

      See you later

And yes, I received it too. I won €60,000 and I have to contact the RECHMOND office in ABIDJAN. For now, they haven't asked me for money but only for a document to download and return with my banking details. Since I sensed the scam, they can wait! However, it's pathetic.

    Hello

There are currently 1856 discussions open on this forum about this subject

    YES IT'S A SCAM

But please, I beg you..... Read and stop.... The Rights and Freedom forum is 75% polluted by Côte d'Ivoire (sincere apologies to Ivorians ;) as well as by Western Union scams.....

This even makes it unappealing to engage, and it’s a shame for users who ask other more relevant questions

    Ouch...

And if he asks you for a photo... naked???????

    Do you also do

You’re right... Give your bank details, social security number, ID card, driver’s license, birth certificate, bank account details, also send your checkbook... the name of your banker, your dog, your cat, your children, parents, grandparents... DNA, fingerprints of your hands, your feet...

Stake your house, your car, your wife, your husband, your cat, your dog, your grandfather

    Do what you want

    And then... only after.......

    Come and cry

Ouarfff.... that’s not nice.... even mean..........................

    But wow........................

    It feels good........

There are two things I find shameful:
    - being foolish enough to be taken in like that! Some people have excuses, but there are plenty who could only benefit from being conned in that way.
    - coming to cry theft when the only motivation for those who get taken in is the lure of easy money.

    I stand with Phery.
You are the only person I completely agree with.
    Your words touch my heart.
