Samsung TV issue without turning it on

Hello everyone,

I currently have a problem with my Samsung TV.
The model is UE55KU6650U.

When the TV is plugged in, the image flickers on the left side of the screen. A light turns on and off regularly. However, I can't do anything, neither turn it on nor off, it flickers in a loop.

    Hello.

    It is the LED backlight bars that are either poorly powered or burnt out.
