Hello,
My TV turns on and off every 4 seconds.
The remote control does not respond to anything.
The technique for accessing the hidden menu does not work. Disconnecting cables 456 does not work...
Turning off the Wi-Fi and turning it back on does not work.
I cannot find the fault.
Any ideas?
Thank you

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 13.1

Hello and welcome to this forum,

    Several options:
Try: menu>system>data streaming service. Choose disable.
    Or:
Access the hidden menu: Info, Menu, Mute, Power
    Select menu "8-adjust"
    Select D-Watchdog ->"OFF"
    Power to exit!

For access to the hidden menu:
Television off - Press successively: INFO - MENU - MUTE - POWER
-Touch nothing and the television will turn on and here is the menu
For access to the second hidden menu (Check if this is identical, it depends on the models.)
-Once in the hidden menu (previous manipulation)
-Go to advanced settings, for my part I have a dropdown menu but otherwise
-Press the 0 key four times in succession
-There you will have access to all other settings Go to Adjust (second column) Then to WatchDog... and set it to OFF

    Hello
Thank you for your help Andy31200
Impossible to make the remote control work, it doesn't respond to anything (the batteries are working)
So I cannot access the hidden menu.
I have checked the fuses at the back and they are also working.
I have tested info, menu, mute, poker. Nothing happens.
Is there no hardware way to reset it? Thank you

But you're welcome, the batteries yes, but is the remote control working properly?

Test done, the beam works. I also tested it with two other remote controls.
    The problem persists.
Thank you very much... I will continue my investigations.
    Best regards

    Hello
I have posted a video of the problem.
Here are all the actions implemented that do not solve the issue:
TV off - Press successively: INFO - MENU - MUTE - POWER / it's not working because the remote is completely inactive and it works (tests done)
Removing wires 4, 5, 6 from the connector at the back doesn't work (see photo)
All the fuses have been tested and they work.
I admit I don't understand. It was working very well and my son did an update by connecting his PSP and the bug occurred.
I cannot change the source, I tested with another remote / same problem
I turned off the wifi and turned the TV back on, nothing happens.
It's intriguing. Do you have any idea?
    Thank you

I'm really sorry but I don't understand anything and I'm out of the loop, so I'll pass to my friends...;-(
