Freebox Replay Issue

Hello,

For three weeks, I have been unable to access the freebox replay. I called the freebox customer service, but they couldn't help me, and the problem persists.

I don't know what to do.

Hello,

There have been reports regarding Free's replay service, particularly for the TF1 and M6 channels.
Essentially, the issue was related to choppy streaming.

It seems that insufficient bandwidth would be the cause of the problem.
There have also been discussions about issues with Free's server.

Personally, I have never encountered any problems (fiber connection).
I just did another test with M6: everything is fine.

I can only reiterate the advice already given: restart both boxes and check the connections.
