Hello, I have a black screen and I can hear sound. The image froze and then nothing. When I turn it on, there are cross flashes and then nothing. I unplugged and plugged the power back in, turned it off and held the power button for 2 minutes, but still no image. Any ideas?

It won't be worth repairing it if the board is dead (be careful with the board, this is just a supposition; we are on a forum and from a distance we can only make assumptions in this field…) you still have the option of getting a quote from a professional to determine the exact nature of the issue and then consider a potential repair or not.
