Grundig Universal Remote + Samsung TV

Hello,

I bought a Grundig universal remote control for my Samsung television. Unfortunately, even though I am following the instructions, I feel like the remote does not want to connect to my TV.

The remote is a Grundig 12038
And the TV is a Samsung.

Can you help me? Thank you

      Thank you, I tried using the advice from this site but it seems that the remote control won't go into sync mode because the light never stays red. Moreover, if I press and hold the power button on the TV, it turns off.
