Ctronics 600 camera not recognized

Hello. Having just purchased some ctronics 600 cameras, I am trying to connect them in vain. Attempts with the QR code or UID number: nothing works. The camera is not recognized!

I then tried with an old one, using its QR code, and it works.

WHO could advise me please?

    Hello everyone and thank you for your responses. For the issue of the unrecognized cameras, I need to try switching the Wi-Fi from 5GHz to 2.4GHz. Since I can't change it myself, a friend is going to come and make this adjustment; it’s not resolved for the moment.
