I'm discovering IPTV Smarters, the problem is that after downloading the TV channels, movies, and series.

The TV channels are not working, it says "sorry this video cannot be played" "playback error, reconnecting in 3s" what does that mean? And what should I do?

We are with Bouygues and on fiber

Movies and series are fine

Hello.

Your question is against CCM's guidelines, no assistance for illegal IPTV subscriptions that allow access to paid channels for a ridiculously low price; these subscriptions are often plagued by bugs, the sites selling these subscriptions are outside the EU and not always very honest. Personally, I wouldn't put my credit card number on such sites. Apart from contacting the site that sold you this subscription, you will have no recourse in case of problems.

I am closing this post as it is against CCM's guidelines.
