Network error on IPTV Smarters Pro

Question

Hello,
I have an IPTV Smarters Pro subscription on my Amazon Fire Stick TV, the channel download went well but when I try to install the TV guide, a network error message appears on my TV screen. I can't download it despite dozens of attempts.
Does anyone have a solution to offer me?

On Android box, it works fine; the EPG downloads, even on my phone, but on Fire TV, nothing.

I think it's not the subscription provider but really the Amazon Fire Stick TV. A colleague has the same provider and an Android box, and he managed to download EPG on the IPTV Smarters Pro app.
