Hello, I have an ad banner on my TCL TV, I bought my television at Leclerc, but I have an ad banner that moves from one side to the other, how can I remove this ad, thank you for responding.

Hello,

It is probably in Store mode, in which case try looking in the different menus to switch it back to Home mode (or a similar term like "House or Home" as well...) be aware that the terms used may vary depending on the brand of the television.

If you have it, I suggest going to the "System" tab (or System as well...).

If not, if necessary, as a last resort, if you can't switch it back to Home mode, you can also try resetting it; this should automatically revert it to the default home mode. Be aware that this will require you to redo all the settings you have already made, such as re-entering the Wi-Fi security key, at least if you want to connect your TV to a box, etc.
