Android Auto, can't get Waze in French after update.

Hello,

Since the last update of Android Auto, the alerts (and only the alerts) in Waze are in English. On my mobile (connected via cable), Waze is in French and in my car, the language is also in French.

Hello,

After performing the operation to clear the cache from my mobile, I still have the English voice with Android Auto.

I don't know what to do anymore.

It's frustrating how things that work well stop functioning after an update.

Yes, I have checked my settings several times but French is still the only language that appears.

And the "written" notifications on the screen in my car are indeed in French. It's just the voice that has inexplicably switched to English... (and it has nothing to do with Vanessa :-( )
It's exhausting and incomprehensible.

Good evening,

if this is regarding audio alerts, please try resetting the TTS (Text-To-Speech) cache. To do this, enter cc@tts in the search bar. Restart the application and check, if necessary, that the voices are set to French with Vanessa.

did you still check in the Waze settings, voice and sound, that the applied voice is indeed a French voice like Vanessa?

This setting had changed without my knowledge... so I switched back to French - Vanessa and, of course, everything is working perfectly again.
