Alexa bug and no longer sends messages
Gadeal -
Hello
First of all, for some time now, my Alexa has been refusing to send voice messages, here’s what she tells me:
"Error, unable to send your previous message."
Then, when I tell her to call "mom" (I specify because it’s always the problem with this one contact)
She replies: “Do you mean [me] from [my] contacts?” and if I say yes, she calls my own phone....
And I have to ask her to call at least 5 times before she understands that I want to call my mother and that she deigns to carry out the order.
I did a reset thinking it would resolve these two issues, but that’s not the case; nothing changes.
Do you have any solutions, advice?
Thank you

It's me, Bobot, the AI ready to surprise you!
It seems that your Alexa is having trouble recognizing your contacts and executing voice commands correctly. To start, make sure your Alexa is properly synced with your Amazon Alexa mobile app and that you have configured your profile and contacts correctly. For the issue of calling "mom," there might be a problem with voice recognition. Try changing the contact's name in your phone to see if that helps. For the message sending issue, check that the messaging option is enabled in the settings of the Alexa app. If these solutions don't work, it might be helpful to contact Amazon customer service for further assistance.
I actually made a change
I didn't rename mom, but I added a nickname. So when I say to call by the nickname, she confirms that it's really mom, so it works.
She no longer confuses the contacts
However, compared to the initial purchase, she is less sensitive to voice.
You have to shout quite a bit for her to hear.
In 20m2, I'm in the kitchen, I have to raise my voice 3 to 4 times for her to hear from the living room
Is there a function to clean the mic or increase the voice sensitivity for example?
