Hello,
My colleague has a problem when he plays Valorant, whether he uses the laptop's keyboard or an external keyboard.
His keyboard becomes uncontrollable and the keys have latency. He has to reboot the PC several times for it to work, and sometimes it can also happen to him in the middle of a game when it was working fine before.
Do you have any idea where this might be coming from?
