No sound on thomson NEO notebook

Hello,

I installed Linux MAGEIA on my Thomson NEO notebook, but I have no sound. I can't find any drivers. Help please :)

    Hello,

    Could you please run these commands in a terminal and post the result:

    uname -a
    lspci -knn

    You can also run this command if a driver update is needed:

    sudo lspci -Q

    Hello,

    Can you also check the following points:

    • Are the speakers/headphones you are using turned on and set to a reasonable volume? Does this equipment work on another device?
    • In the mixer, have you set the correct audio output? Have you checked that the sound is at a reasonable volume (overall meter and application meter) and is not muted?
    • Is the problem following a recent update? If so, in the boot menu (grub), can you choose the advanced options and boot with an earlier kernel and indicate whether the problem persists?
    • What is the exact model of your sound card (see #1)?
    • Can you copy and paste the result of the command:
    pactl info pacmd list sink
