    Hello,

    A site? To personalize our favorite penguin, all you need is an image editing software. With the chosen file representing Tux, you open it in GIMP for example, you work on it and that’s it!

    customize your TUX

    Explain what you mean by "customize" and what you mean by "TUX," because I don’t quite see how we can answer this question. Tux being the mascot of Linux, your question is akin to asking, in the event you adopted a real penguin you named the same, which cosmetic surgery specialist for alcids you could take your pet to. I think you’re not in the right forum for this kind of question (not to mention morally and ethically, the question itself is unbearable).

    If you mean "customize my Linux system," be more specific about what you want to customize... or what you want to "create," since that’s the term used in the title of your message.

    If you mean "customize the graphical representation of TUX on my Linux system," then Non2 has answered your question.

    The company on your back? If you’re talking about the site, they specify that it is forbidden to copy (reproduce) the entire site. The images, they are under various licenses, most often Creative Commons. You just need to check what you can do with them, but often you can use, modify, etc., provided you respect the original image’s attribution rights. You just have to see the rights tied to the license.
    And parrot! Penguin, puffin, auk, if you want, but parrots don’t really live in the same latitudes! :D
