Nvidia Shield TV Pro 2019 - Chromecast Connection Solution!

Hello,
Following my troubles with a Nvidia Shield TV Pro 2019, where I changed a setting by disabling a system module related to Wifi...
Which means it stays indefinitely on the "Android" screen at startup.
Anyway, I had another new one, which I unboxed; of course, you can't do anything if you're not connected to the network, and it then updates itself.
So the old one was on 9.0.2
And the new one was directly updated to 9.1
Everything was working before..
Now, I'm trying to use the Chromecast function and nothing!
All my Apple devices, iPad or iPhone, have the function, but when I press it, it just jumps to the screen of those devices, but nothing more.
I see an update to 9.1.1 that I apply, but nothing changes.
I switch from Ethernet to Wifi (I don't like the Shield trying to connect elsewhere constantly) to test = nothing!
I go to the applications on the "Play Store" to see if there's anything about Chromecast and there I see the "Chromecast" application, the one that is installed on the device that offers an update?!
I do the update = nothing changes.
The options offered for Chromecast on the Shield just include:
Always
While streaming
Never
So whether I set it to "always" or "while streaming," it didn't change anything.
And that's when an idea came to me -> to check the system applications
Before, there were no permissions to grant; now after updating the application, I can allow or deny access to files and the phone...
But the important thing is that I "cleared the cache" and "deleted the data."
And then everything started working again
If this can help!

When I managed to get the Chromecast working, I was on Wi-Fi.
Since I don't like the device being on Wi-Fi, I had to check the operation on Ethernet, with a static IP, DNS 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1, and everything works!
If someone can explain this value of "24" in the static network settings, I would like to understand.
I found this "subnet mask" thing simpler...
What a relief to see this service working again.
