I would like to change the ringtone and the number of rings on my Alcatel XL785 phone, could someone help me?

    Thank you for your reply, but I followed the instructions and it is impossible for me to change the number or content of the ringtones; it always reverts to the default. Best regards.

      13. IN CASE OF PROBLEM
      If you encounter problems with your phone,
      please refer to the table below.
      As soon as you notice a problem with your
      phone, remove the batteries from all handsets,
      unplug the base from the power supply, plug
      the base back in, and reinstall the batteries in the handsets
      (1 minute is sufficient for this entire operation).
