Recovery via Drill Disk

Hello everyone,
I accidentally overwritten an important file. Oh joy, after some research, I discovered Disk Drill, and I found this file, which appears in the list of "deleted or lost" files. I even have a preview and everything, it’s exactly the right version of my file.
BUT, there’s a catch, when I want to recover it, the software tells me that I need to perform a "mandatory refresh" ("your selection includes algorithms available only for Premium"). The thing is, the software costs a fortune, and I only have a tiny 7MB file to recover!
I thought I had read that the first 100MB could be recovered for free.
Can anyone tell me if I can recover it for free? If there is a specific manipulation? Or alternatively, give me another solution to recover this file?
It’s a Word work file. I have an iMac Sonoma 14.1.1. I’m not really sure what the reference of my hard drive is, but I can look for it if it’s important,
Have a nice day, and thank you for the time you’ll spend helping me!
