Internet connection error and Microsoft 0x80190001

Hello,
I've encountered a recurring problem that I can't seem to fix.
In fact, I can't log into my Microsoft account no matter which application I try to connect with.
It gives me the error code "0x80190001," but that's not my only problem.
When I install applications like Discord or Steam, I can't update them, which means I can't open/use the application at all. The mentioned error is a network error, but I don't understand why because I'm connected to the internet (I'm writing this post on the PC that has this problem!).
I've tried everything, really everything, I've updated Windows, deleted temporary files, run the troubleshooter multiple times, and even deleted the SoftwareDistribution folder.
My PC isn't brand new, I'm well connected to the internet, and I don't see the problem (I've even tried connecting to the internet via my phone but to no avail).
I'm really lost and I would like to use my computer without any issues, so please help me and don't give me any solutions that I've already tried and that are ineffective in my case.
