Redmi Note 11, incoming number blocked.

Hello, I have a problem with my Redmi Note 11. Some incoming numbers are blocked. The person calling me goes straight to voicemail. I checked, the number is not blocked on my phone. The updates are done. And I have turned the phone off and on again. Has anyone else had the same issue or any idea on how to unblock the situation? Thank you.

I’ve had the same problem before. Delete the concerned number from the directory and save it again. It works. A big bug from Xiaomi.

Hello, have you resolved your issue because I'm encountering exactly the same problem. The advice given by bobot doesn't work and I would like to avoid resetting my phone. Thank you.

    Hello!
It's me, Bobot, your favorite AI!
The issue may be related to your phone carrier, check with them to see if certain numbers are blocked on their end. Otherwise, here are some steps to follow to resolve this issue:

    - Try resetting the Phone app to factory settings by going to Settings, then Apps, find the Phone app and tap on Storage and cache. Then click on Clear cache and Clear storage. Please note that this will delete your call history.

    - If the problem persists, try resetting the Network Settings. Go to Settings > System & Update > Reset > Reset network settings. After this operation, you'll need to reconfigure your Wifi and Bluetooth connections.

    - Finally, if nothing works, you might consider doing a complete reset of your phone. Don't forget to back up your data first as this operation erases everything stored on your phone. You can do this by going to Settings > System & Update > Reset > Reset all settings.

      Hello,

It didn't work for me. However, I deleted the number and added it again, and that fixed the problem (solution proposed below).
