Hello, I can't query a USSD code on my Samsung Z Flip 3.
Indeed, I am connected to the Orange Cameroon network, and when I enter a USSD code, my phone tries to validate the code for at least 4 minutes without success. In the end, it displays: ESME fault.
For other codes, it shows: try again.
For example, if I type #123# to check my balance, it displays ESME fault.
If I change phones, there is no problem, so I conclude that my phone is the issue, even though it is brand new; I've only had it for 2 days.

It was brought to me from China.
