Good evening

I recently have a big problem with my mouse which is connected to my tower via USB.

When I try to move an object or do a copy/paste, the mouse disconnects

from the object or text to copy.

What could be causing this?

Thank you for your help

    hi

did you test it with another mouse to see if the problem is the same?

plug the mouse into another port to see if the issue occurs again

    bye

    Hi

I've recently had a big problem with my mouse

Do you know for how long exactly?

Have you checked if you have a restore point from before your issue?

This can happen with mice without light underneath..
It is a camera that observes the nuances that move under the lens..
    And sometimes it freezes..
If it works again with another mouse, it means that it is defective and unfortunately not repairable.

    Hello,

Sometimes when you want to do a single click, it double clicks too, I suppose?

Maybe a bad contact of the button?

It should be cleaned with an electrical contact cleaner, or DeoxIt to deoxidize.

Thank you for your responses, I think I will invest in a mouse.

Have a nice end of the day
