Hello, I can't query a USSD code on my Samsung Z Flip 3.
Indeed, I am connected to the Orange Cameroon network, and when I enter a USSD code, my phone tries to validate the code for at least 4 minutes without success. In the end, it displays: ESME fault.
For other codes, it shows: try again.
For example, if I type #123# to check my balance, it displays ESME fault.
If I change phones, there is no problem, so I conclude that my phone is the issue, even though it is brand new; I've only had it for 2 days.
It was brought to me from China.

It was brought back to me from China.
It's impossible to know and provide information about the services activated or blocked on devices intended for the Chinese market, which are subject to certain "restrictions" as everyone knows.
