T Browser on Thomson 43UT6006

Hello,

When I go on T-Browser, the white search wheel spins once and then nothing happens, a frozen black screen appears.

So, it's impossible to browse the internet, even though I'm connected to the internet through my box, all services are working except this one, it's annoying. Does anyone have an alternative to T-Browser to connect?

Your issue is probably not about finding "another way" but about understanding why the application is blocking.
First, check if it still has internet access, for example through another integrated application.

I suggest you to:
Unplug the TV from the power supply and the network cable if it's a cable, for 3 to 4 minutes.
On some TVs, pressing the on-off button for 30 seconds will "clear" the residual current.

Then plug in the power again, reconnect the Ethernet cable if applicable, turn the TV back on, and test it.
