Repeated video interruptions on Freebox Revolution

Hello,
I have been a subscriber to Free for several years, and I have a Freebox Revolution. Recently (about a month ago), I have been experiencing complete sound and image cutouts regularly, mainly on FR 3, without any loss of internet or phone service; all other channels work fine. Then, after a variable amount of time, everything goes back to normal...
Simultaneously, on some days around the same time, I experience complete video dropouts
(desynchronization of the box) with no internet, phone, or TV; none of the usual actions like unplugging the box or the server, etc., allow for a lasting return to normal; I have to wait for the box to resynchronize.... When I contacted FREE, they found no problems at the time they checked (of course, it's so long to get through to 3244 that by the time they perform this check, everything has returned to normal!!!!)
I received the usual advice regarding connections.... then a possibility of disturbances due to ongoing network work to upgrade to fiber in my municipality!
Sometimes I doubt the competence of my Free contact persons!
What do you think? Would changing operators be a solution?
Thank you for your help

Hello,
If there are any works, it may disrupt your line. For my part, I changed operators three times, and in the end, I returned to Free, having found the other operators more expensive and not more competent, or even worse.
