Speaker issues on my iPhone 12 Pro

Hello,

I’m taking the liberty to ask for help please. My iPhone 12 Pro is new with a 100% battery status. However, for a few weeks now I’m facing a problem: when I’m charging my phone and listening to music, the sound crackles and cuts out. At first I thought it was an issue with my charger, but in the end even without charging my phone or with headphones, the sound on my phone crackles and cuts out on its own. In my headphones there are really unpleasant and worrying crackling noises. I’m trying to search the internet for solutions to fix it. I have first cleaned the speakers, blew air, and restarted my phone each time; the latest update is installed and my storage space is fine. I’m thinking of visiting a repair shop to get information, but before that if possible I’d like to know where the problem originates and how to resolve it.     my iPhone 12 Pro is brand new

    In that case, return to the after-sales service and above all do not touch anything to assert the warranty.

    It is indeed new and not refurbished?
