PROBLEM WITH RECEIVING INCOMING CALLS

Hello and Happy New Year to everyone!
I have a HUAWEI P30 PRO phone.
Normally, to receive incoming calls, I press the green icon that
answers the call.
It works for many calls coming from France.
But it does not work for many incoming calls coming from the United Kingdom.
It rings and rings and rings while I keep pressing the green icon to answer the call.
How can I solve the problem? Should I recheck the device settings? And if so, how should I proceed?

It's possible that an issue is related to your mobile operator rather than the phone itself. First, try to check with them if everything is fine on their end. Also, check your phone's settings:
1. Go to Settings > Apps > Phone > Storage and clear data and cache.
2. Also check the phone app settings to ensure that all numbers are allowed.
3. Perform a check on the "data roaming" setting, make sure it's enabled in Settings > Wireless connections > Mobile network > Data roaming.
4. Finally, you can try restarting your phone or performing a factory reset (note that this last option will delete all your phone's data).
