Coco site permanently blocked

Hello, during a call with a contact, a window popped up telling me that I am permanently blocked because I have exceeded the free time, and I'm being asked to subscribe!! Yet the site is free!! How can I regain access to the site? Of course, I have no intention of paying!!

    The "coco-fesses," a questionable site at best, implicated in numerous legal issues, regularly closed only to reopen in more exotic locales, is documented everywhere including repeatedly on this forum for exploiting every opportunity to charge users under the guise of free services; that's its "business model."
