Error message on Adobe Acrobat

Hello,

I have the Acrobat Pro license on my PC and I have been encountering the error message "Raise without Handler" when I try to combine files from the desktop on Windows 10.

The IT services at my workplace haven't found the issue, despite several reinstallations, and I can't find any information online.

Does anyone have a clue?

      They tried the method presented in the first link (with the EULA file), but it didn't work. I didn't mention it in my original message, that's my fault.
