Hello,

Try with --> Revo Uninstaller
Follow the tutorial carefully.

Hello,
so I followed the tutorial and I ended up with this
http://hpics.li/866715f
despite that I kept going and I erased the items in the registry I found as well as the remaining files and directories.
at that moment I found myself in front of a huge page of keys, I took the initiative to erase everything knowing that at worst a restore point had been created and finally I managed to uninstall "acrobat reader XI" from my PC and I reinstalled "acrobat reader DC" in its place.
everything seemed to go fine so I’m going to reboot my PC to tell you how it is. fingers crossed. :/.

Hello,
and well after reboot the machine that many changes :)
so "acrobat reader" disappeared :)
and to my surprise my Windows update issue is resolved after thanks to this software I was able to uninstall an old version of "Skype" 6.1 that I couldn't uninstall.

to note that my PC which tended to go nuts is on vacation now so nothing but happiness :{)
thank you to you
