    We assume you are talking about Uleway and reception.

    I don't know what the mentioned model corresponds to, I can't find this reference, maybe it's also misspelled.

    To my knowledge, all Uleway phones are only 2G, no data plan, no MMS: an MMS must use internet data at least for its initialization.
