Shared folder Windows XP Embedded

Hello,
I'm trying to share a folder between a Windows 10 PC and a Windows XP Embedded PC. My Windows 10 PC is able to share folders with other computers on my network, so I believe the issue is with Windows Embedded.
Both computers are connected via RJ 45 to a switch.
I can ping both PCs to each other without any loss.
Both PCs are in the WORKGROUP group.
Could you please help me?

Hello,
I don't know what XP Embedded is and I am now using Windows 11 instead of Windows 10, but that doesn't change the question.
We assume that besides the workgroup, the IPs of the PCs are coherent.
We also assume that the folders we want to access are shared; the PCs will lag behind in sharing the C: system partition, using multiple shares for each desired subfolder if necessary, for example, the desktop.
On the Windows 10 or 11 side, there is no problem, the shared computer appears in Network, and by clicking on it, I have access to all the shared folders on XP.
In the other direction, it's convoluted; open Network Favorites and enter the UNC path of the target Windows 10 or 11 PC, \\NomDeMonPCThe same thing happens, the shared folders appear, and I will be prompted for the password of the Windows 10 or 11 workstation, which I can choose to remember or not; if I don't want to do this every time, I right-click on one of the shares, create a shortcut: I'll get thrown out, and the PC offers to create it on the desktop, I comply.

On both sides in Folder Options, simple sharing (XP) and the sharing wizard (Windows 10 or 11) must be enabled.
XP only supports Netbios/SMB: in Control Panel - Turn Windows features on or off under 10 or 11, enable SMB 1.0 support.
Of course, Netbios should not be disabled in the network adapter properties and the firewall should possibly allow it.
